I have found out how to resolve this problem, i think, since i used firefox to create my account ive been trying to access the files link to do stuffs but the error message came up, try this!
open up internet explorer and sign into your xm account from that, then try the link it should work!, it worked for me

I am having that same problem. I keep getting a "dir not found" error and can't do anything with my page. I gave a friend of mine my password and she was able to get something up but I can't see what she put up and I still get that error.
