Can't access the administration panel and the site duitseherder.xm.com

Hello, I Have alot of problems on this moment
I can't access the admin panel, the webpage is not found
cookies are enabled
i have no ftp access to the account "duitseherder"
webmail gives no problem
the site duitseherder.xm.com or it's aliasses are not found on the internet

The same problems are with the account "asnico" and
an other account "allroundzeeland" gives no problems at all

Maybe is one of the name-servers down

please help

Tested the accounts on 9-4; 10-4 and 14/15-4

On April 15th, 2008 duitseherder says:

On 9-4 both the accounts duitseherder and asnico accept FTP-login.
Web based access was still not possible

Tested all on 10-4 with my own and differend computers from my normal and an other location.
FTP-Login wasn't possible anymore, still no access to the administration panel and the webpages.

Tested the hole again yesterday and today with the same results as on the 10th.

Still can't access the administration panel for the accounts
"asnico" and "duitseherder" and the internetsites asnico.xm.com and duitseherder.xm.com.

To try to get access to both the sites and the admin-panel I wiped out the related cookies and put xm.com as a trusted website without any results.

Update 2008-04-10
Tested all accounts again today, this time on different locations and computers.
still no ACCESS to the admin panel for asnico and duitseherder.
still on access to the accounts on the internet.
now FTP access is not possible animore.

maybe i could better sign up for an other account, then you can delete both the accounts duitseherder and asnico, that saves us both a lot of work i think

I have a backup of all the files that are on your servers, so nothing is lost.

Pinging and testign the accounts

On April 18th, 2008 duitseherder says:

I have been pinging the locations you ask't me and tested the accounts for internet acces, FTP and amin access, it seems that everything now is correct.
I have FTP access within less than 1 second to all accounts.

I don't think that you need the pinging results but i put them here anyway.
