Usually first step can be to put an index.html to your hosting.

In original state your hosting dont have any index.html file and we serve the default index.html page with this default text (with logo etc).

The entry file is always "index.html" and its case-sensitive. It means its _not_ "Index.html" or "iNdex.Html". It must be exactly "index.html" and it must be on the first directory in your account. Please dont put it into public_html or html directory. Simply put it there where you land as first. Its "/".

Of course you dont have to have any index.html at all. This is only optional.

XM support to host your own bought domains. The instructions to manage this you will find inside your administration panel of your account. Simply login there and click to Domain Hosting menü point.

Currently we are planing to offer sql, php, cgi-bin but currently its not supported yet.

To have your password e-mailed to you, simply go to forgot your password and fill out the form. Your password will be e-mailed immediatly to the email address that you signed up with when you created your account. If the email address you signed up with is no longer valid, your password will not be sent to you.

If you are using a web accelerator, you will need to disable it for the validation code to work. If you are using a proxy server, go to the page with the validation code, and try holding down the ctrl button while refreshing your page is your using IE, or hold down the shift button while refreshing your page if using Netscape. Then click on the submit button. If you are using AOL, they use a proxy as well. Try the instuction for proxy servers, or use a different isp to sign up. If the previous process does not work, you will need to sign up on another computer with a different isp.
