Due to the increased attempts to abuse our services, we have now implemented new automated measures that will prevent such activity from occurring. We are closely monitoring ALL server activity. If we do detect any illegal or unusual on your account we will take the appropriate action.
We do daily checks of ALL the content upload to our servers
Our system makes thumbnail pages from all pictures you upload to our servers and we have staff checking that content every 6 hours. If anything suspicious is found, the accounts are immediately locked. Even if is just a single suspicious file, your account can be locked without prior notification for violating our terms. If you intend to publish illegal material, be warned, we will lock your account and report you to the authorities.
We do save the logs
We always keep backups of activity logs and files. If a person violates our terms we'll promptly lock the account and therefore all files located under that account will remain intact, meaning the person won't be able to delete them. Our system will automatically index and save them, including all possible track information left by the infractor. We log every login, ftp, web in a special database and keep track of that data. We do extensive logging, not only your IP address. We also log your browser capabilities, java script version, screen resolution, color depth, all proxy information you use. Even if you mistype a password we do log this.
What is illegal material?
Everything which violates our Terms and Conditions. Especially adult content, warez and all kind of copyrighted material.
We do cooperate with Investigators
We save all our logs and will disclose all sensitive data if requested by a legal agent of law or investigators. Legal agents and investigators should contact us directly for a prompt cooperation. We will cooperate in every possible way!
