** SVB Securities is preparing a management buyout with backing from billionaire investor Seth Klarman's hedge fund Baupost Group, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing people familiar with the matter. nL4N37T41X
** Ireland's finance ministry and British lender NatWest Group NWG.L said they would together sell 6% of Irish bank Permanent TSB PTSB.I, the first sale of shares in the lender by the Irish state since 2015. nL1N37T2DS
** Dufry DUFN.S has secured around 94.3% of Autogrill AGL.MI capital at the end of the exchange offer, Reuters calculations based on provisional data by Borsa Italiana showed, paving the way for the delisting of the Italian group. nL8N37T43M
** EU antitrust regulators will decide by July 6 whether to clear Amazon.com Inc's AMZN.O $1.7 billion acquisition of the maker of robot vacuum cleaner iRobot Corp IRBT.O, according to a European Commission filing. nL1N37T29X
** Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF) plans to acquire a 30% stake in local supermarket chain Tamimi Markets Company, the kingdom's sovereign wealth fund said. nL1N37T131
