Italy wants the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to unblock a $1.9 billion loan to Tunisia, fearful that without the cash, the country will be destabilised, unleashing a new wave of migrants towards Europe, Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani said.
COMPANIES
UNICREDIT CRDI.MI
Unicredit's investor Allianz ALVG.DE is in favour of a proposed new pay scheme for the lender's Chief Executive, the insurer CEO Oliver Baete told Italian daily Corriere della Sera on Sunday.
STELLANTIS STLAM.MI
The carmaker will spend more than 200 million euros ($213.32 million) to manufacture four Fiat models in Algeria, it said on Sunday.

Trades ex-dividend of 0.22 euro per share.
A spokesman for Eni told Reuters that no licence has yet been awarded to the Italian energy group and its partners, including Lukoil, in Congo.

The Italian energy group plans to take the final investment decision on the proposed EastMed pipeline to deliver east Mediterranean gas to European markets by the end of this year, a company executive told Reuters.

Snam executives and special commissioner Eugenio Giani will hold on Monday a press conference (1230 GMT) on the new floating liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal which has arrived in the Tuscan port of Piombino. The vessel is expected be connected to the gas grid by May.
