The Role:

As a Back Office Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring, managing and executing client funding requests, accessing and processing a big number of transactions on a daily basis. If you are self-motivated, have a keen eye for detail and seek to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and challenging environment, we would like you to join our team.


The main responsibilities of the position include:

  • Processing deposits, withdrawals and refunds based on established policies and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with the company’s anti-money laundering procedures
  • Internally assisting all departments with any issues related to client funds
  • Providing suggestions on system enhancements
  • Performing other ad hoc tasks, as requested

Main requirements:

  • Degree in finance, economics or accounting is considered an advantage
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Efficient and detail-oriented
  • Computer and numerically literate
  • Ability to work on shift rotation is a must
  • Valid work permit required
