Reconciliations Officer (REC1019)

The main responsibilities of the position include:

  • Preparing reconciliations and providing reports and documentation to comply with regulations
  • Performing payments of expenses and other creditors for approval and execution
  • Preparing and maintaining bank records
  • Liaising with other external advisors and service providers as required
  • Ensuring that all financial information is recorded in a complete, accurate and timely manner

Main requirements:

  • BSc/MSc in finance, maths, business administration, or in any related field
  • Experience in a similar position will be a strong plus
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Energetic, positive and team player with strong organisational skills
  • Proactive and results oriented
