What should I do if my account has been compromised?

If you think your account may have been compromised, you can always change your password. However, this can only be done if you know the current password or if you have access to the relevant email address.

If your email has also been compromised, please contact us using a different one at support@xm.com, so our team can provide further assistance.

Also, let us know if you notice any unauthorised actions on your account like trading or withdrawal requests.
