How do I log in to my trading terminal with my XM account?

To log in to your trading terminal using your XM account, just follow the steps below:

MT4 account:

  1. 1. Use your unique MT4 ID and password created during your registration process and the server name provided
  2. 2. Log in the Members Area
  3. 3. Verify your account by pressing on "Verify Your Account Now"
  4. 4. Provide the relevant documents (Proof of Identity , Proof of Residency)
  5. 5. Press "Upload Your Documents"
  6. 6. Launch the XM MT4 icon on your desktop
  7. 7. Choose the corresponding server and click "Next"
  8. 8. Ιn the "Existing Trade Account" enter your MT4 ID and password and click "Finish"

MT5 account:

  1. 1. Use your unique MT5 ID and password created during your registration process and the server name provided
  2. 2. Log in the Members Area
  3. 3. Verify your account by pressing on "Verify Your Account Now"
  4. 4. Provide the relevant documents (Proof of Identity , Proof of Residency)
  5. 5. Press "Upload Your Documents"
  6. 6. Launch the XM MT5 icon on your desktop
  7. 7. Choose the corresponding server and click "Next"
  8. 8. Ιn the "Existing Trade Account" enter your MT5 ID and password and click "Finish"
