May 3 (Reuters) -The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1130 GMT on Wednesday:

** Centene Corp CNC.N will sell its artificial intelligence-powered healthcare analytics platform Apixio to investment firm New Mountain Capital as part of an ongoing portfolio review, the U.S. health insurer said on Wednesday. nL4N3701WW

** U.S. asset manager Apollo Global Management Inc APO.N plans to apply for approval from Swedish and Danish regulators to take a majority stake in SAS AB SAS.ST as part of the Scandinavian airline's rescue plan, a source familiar with the matter said. nL1N3700R6

** UBS UBSG.S Chief Executive Sergio Ermotti said that the Swiss bank was working on closing its merger with Credit Suisse CSGN.S by the end of May or early June.


** Spanish oil company Repsol REP.MC is close to buying a majority stake in power retailer CHC Energia, the Expansion newspaper reported, citing unidentified market sources.


** Pfizer's PFE.N plan to sell its Haleon HLN.L stake is not a surprise, the consumer health company's finance chief Tobias Hestler told Reuters.


** U.S. midstream company Energy Transfer ET.N said on Tuesday it has completed its $1.45 billion acquisition of Lotus Midstream Operations and boosted its earnings expectations for the rest of the year.


** Sika has completed its acquisition of Germany-based MBCC after receiving all necessary regulatory approvals, the Swiss chemicals company said on Tuesday.
