SELLS ITS STAKE IN AZORES TOLL ROAD FOR OVER 42 MILLION EUROS
WILL PROVIDE TECHNICAL SERVICES TO THE CONCESSIONARY FOR 2 YEARS
DEAL, WHICH IS IN LINE WITH COMPANY'S ASSET ROTATION STRATEGY, AMOUNTS TO 42.6 MILLION EUROS
SALE IS EXPECTED TO PROVIDE 47 MILLION EUROS IN CAPITAL GAINS FOR FERROVIAL
THROUGH ITS TOLL ROADS SUBSIDIARY, SELLS 89.2% OF TOLL ROAD IN AZORES TO INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT FUNDS HORIZON AND RIVERROCK
SALE WILL ENABLE FERROVIAL TO DECONSOLIDATE ALL OF PROJECT'S GROSS DEBT TO THIRD PARTIES, WHICH AMOUNTS TO 284 MILLION EUROS
