French train maker Alstom ALSO.PA on Wednesday posted an 8% rise in third-quarter sales, helped by strong orders in Europe.
ASML ASML.AS:
ASML Holding NV ASML.AS, an equipment supplier to computer chip makers, on Wednesday reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter earnings and forecast sales growth of more than 25% in 2023.
ATOS ATOS.PA:
French IT firm Atos announced on Tuesday it would sell a communications and collaboration business called Unify to Mitel Networks.
AZELIS AZE.BR:
Belgium-based Azelis said on Tuesday it has signed an agreement to acquire 100% shares of Israel's Lidorr Elements.
BNP PARIBAS BNPP.PA:
French bank BNP Paribas on Tuesday pledged to slash the money it has outstanding with the oil extraction and production industries to less than one billion euros ($1.1 billion) by 2030.
EUROPE/BOEING BA.N:
Europe's chief aviation regulator pointed on Tuesday to a narrowing gap in talks with Boeing over cockpit design requirements for the future 777X airliner.
EUROPE/TELECOMS:
The European Commission wants to cut red tape and costs to help Deutsche Telekom DTEGn.DE, Orange ORAN.PA, Telecom Italia TLIT.MI and other telecoms operators roll out fast-speed 5G, according to a Commission document seen by Reuters.
FRANCE/UK:
Britain must review its refusal to grant development consent for a high-voltage undersea power cable project linking Britain and France, London's High Court ruled on Tuesday.
Britain's government said it was disappointed by the court ruling.
EDF EDF.PA:
A Wednesday morning court battle on whether to freeze the French government's forced takeover of energy giant EDF won't take place, but the fight over the company's future is far from over.
GTT GTT.PA:
GTT on Tuesday said it received a new order from Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries for the tank design of two new LNG carrier.
ID LOGISTICS SAS IDLA.PA:
The French logistic company posted fourth-quarter revenues up 24.9%, at 686.3 million euros ($746.90 million) and said it is "well positioned to continue its profitable development."
JCDECAUX JCDX.PA:
JCDecaux signed Tuesday a global strategic partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) to support "UN joint sustainable development goals fund."
SOMFY DAMA.PA:
Somfy posted Tuesday full-year 2022 sales up at 1.53 billion euros. The group said it will continue to implement its roadmap while remaining vigilant of uncertain environment.
VALLOUREC VLLP.PA/PETROBAS PETR4.SA:
Vallourec announced Tuesday it has secured a major long-term agreement with Petrobras to supply its OCTG solutions.
