March 14 (Reuters) -Below are company-related news and stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on the region's markets or individual stocks.
AIRBUS AIR.PA:
The Spanish government urged Airbus to increase its investment in Spain and intensify the country's participation in space programmes, the office of Spain's Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez said in a statement on Monday.
Earlier on Monday, European defence sources said Madrid was leaning towards cancelling the remaining 13 or so A400M troop aircraft in Spain's quota that have not been delivered.
EUTELSAT ETL.PA:
Eutelsat said on Monday it signed a multi-year agreement on Eutelsat 117 West A satellite with Latin America's PCTV.
ICADE ICAD.PA:
Icade said on Monday that it had agreed to sell off its shares in its Icade Sante division for around 1.4 billion euros ($1.50 billion), to cut debt and boost cash flow.
In 2021, Icade indefinitely postponed the IPO of the unit, citing volatile market conditions at the time.
KERING PRTP.PA:
Kering Eyewear will buy 100% of Usinage & Nouvelles Technologies, a maker of metal and mechanical components for luxury eyewear, Kering said on Monday
SENSORION ALSEN.PA:
Sensorion said on Monday that it did not expect any impact to its liquidity or operations as a result of the closure of Silicon Valley Bank SIVB.O.
