UK Stocks-Factors to watch on Jan 19

Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening lower, with futures FFIc1 down 0.56%on Thursday.
* DELIVEROO: Deliveroo ROO.L said itachieved break even in adjusted earnings in the second half this year.
* DR MARTENS: Dr Martens Plc DOCS.L warned on annual profit and revenue after it faced operational issues at its new distribution centre in the United States.
* BOOHOO: Boohoo BOOH.L said group revenue fell 11% in the four months to the end of December.
* DUNELM: Dunelm Group DNLM.L posted higher second-quarter sales and said it expected annual profit to be above market expectations , as customers stocked up on discounted beddings, heaters and home furniture during the Christmas holidays.
* PREMIER FOODS: Premier Foods PFD.L reported a rise in third-quarter sales due to robust demand for its cakes and grocery products amid new product launches.
* SHELL: Shell SHEL.L said it resumed LNG cargoes from its Prelude Floating LNG facility off northwest Australia.
* SHELL: Shell's unit to acquire EV charging firm Volta VLTA.N for about $169 mln.
* PROPERTY: British house prices registered the most widespread falls in 13 years last month.
* ROYAL MAIL: Royal Mail said it has begun moving limited volumes of export parcels after a cyber incident disrupted its international export services.
* HARBOUR ENERGY: Harbour Energy HBR.L told its staff that it plans job cuts due to a windfall tax imposed on the sector.
* STRIKE: More than 10,000 ambulance workers, paramedics, emergency care assistants, and call handlers will stage four more days of strike action, the GMB union said.
