- Unilever PLC ULVR.L said it wouldn't increase its $68 billion offer for GlaxoSmithKline PLC GSK.L 's consumer-healthcare business, effectively walking away from a potential deal that would have added a raft of drugstore staples to its portfolio. Link

- Procter & Gamble Co PG.N executives said on Wednesday its price increases will continue throughout 2022, and predicted higher profitability and improved margins in coming quarters even as labor, freight and raw-materials costs continue to balloon due to the global supply-chain turmoil. Link

- Walt Disney Co DIS.N said it is shaking up its streaming management and forming a new hub for international content creation as the company searches for further growth amid intense competition. Link

- Starbucks Corp SBUX.O said it will no longer require U.S. workers to be vaccinated against COVID-19 or undergo weekly testing by next month, after the Supreme Court recently blocked the Biden administration's mandate for large private employers. Link
