ACS to name Emilio Grande from Australia unit as CFO MADRID, Nov 21 (Reuters) - Spanish construction conglomerate ACS ACS.MC will appoint Emilio Grande, who until recently was the chief financial officer of its Australian subsidiary Cimic Group, as the group's CFO, an ACS spokesperson said on Tuesday, without elaborating further. Grande had been in charge of Cimic finances between January 2021 and last June, when Derek Kerr was named CFO there, according to the company website.
