August 19 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening flat on Friday with futures FFIc1 marginally up at 0.02%. * JUST EAT TAKEAWAY/PROSUS: Technology investor Prosus PRX.AS would pay up to 1.8 billion euros ($1.81 billion) to buy the 33% stake in Brazil's iFood from rival Just Eat Takeaway.com TKWY.AS that it does not already own. * JOULES: British fashion retailer Joules Group JOUL.L expects a pretax loss for the year as its trading softened and consumer sentiment remained weak
