Oct 21 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening lower on Friday with futures FFIc1 down 0.41%.

* LSEG: The London Stock Exchange Group LSEG.L reported a 16.2% rise in income in the third quarter to 1.905 billion pounds, and made no changes to its guidance or targets.

* IHG: Holiday Inn owner IHG IHG.L said its third-quarter hotel room revenue jumped from year-ago levels, owing to strong demand for leisure and business travel as well as rising room prices.

* DELIVEROO: British food delivery company Deliveroo ROO.L guided to full-year revenue at the lower end of its range due to the squeeze on consumer budgets.

* RIGHTMOVE: British real estate website Rightmove RMV.L has named Johan Svanstrom as its next chief executive officer.

* RETAIL SALES: British retail sales volumes fell by a bigger-than-expected 1.4% in monthly terms in September, official data showed.

* CONSUMER CONFIDENCE: Confidence among British consumers remained close to the lowest level on record this month, survey showed.

* SHELL: Exports of Nigeria's Forcados crude oil resumed on Thursday following the completion of repairs at the terminal, said operator SPDC, a subsidiary of oil major Shell SHEL.L .

* OIL: Oil prices were near flat, as optimism about a possible rise in energy demand in China faded and the market weighed concerns about steep inflation.

* GOLD: Gold prices fell and were set for a second weekly decline as U.S. Treasury yields rose to multi-year highs following strong labour market data and hawkish comments from Federal Reserve officials, denting the bullion's appeal.

* METALS: London copper prices fell, as bets of more interest rate hikes by the U.S. Federal Reserve outweighed firm demand prospects.
