- Ocado OCDO.L bosses on Wednesday pledged that its 578 million pound ($709.09 million) fundraising will be the last time it taps investors before turning cashflow positive in the next four to six years. Link

- Britain's payment systems regulator (PSR) on Tuesday said it will conduct two market reviews of card fees charged by Visa V.N and Mastercard MA.N , the U.S. companies that account for 99% of debit and credit card payments in the UK. Link
