Med crude-Urals diffs steady, EU struggles to agree on Russian oil product price cap
MOSCOW, Feb 2 (Reuters) -Urals crude differentials to dated Brent were little changed on Thursday, while traders expect loadings of the grade from Russia's Western ports to stay high in February.
EU countries will seek a deal on Friday on a European Commission proposal to set price caps on Russian oil products after postponing a decision on Wednesday amid divisions between member states, diplomats said.

No bids or offers were made for Urals, Azeri BTC or CPC Blend in the Platts window on Thursday, traders said.
