XM does not provide services to residents of the United States of America.
We recently donated to Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) as part of our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and to helping people in need around the world.
This was our 48th and final CSR initiative in 2022, continuing our ongoing support of MSF.
Everyday, our newsfeeds are filled with posts about war, conflict, natural disasters, and other events which result in people suffering and requiring immediate medical help. Sometimes, they lose access to the basic services we take for granted like sanitation systems or the supply of safe drinking water. And while we react with a mixture of shock and sadness, MSF takes action to help.
MSF is a global medical humanitarian organisation that delivers aid wherever needed. Their actions are guided by medical ethics and the principles of independence, neutrality, impartiality, and accountability. It’s a vision that aligns closely with our CSR mission; to make a positive impact on the quality of life of people in need across the world.
Over 30,000 MSF health professionals, logistical, and administrative staff work on programmes in more than 60 countries worldwide on a daily basis.
Our donation was made to the Greek branch of MSF, which was founded in 1990. Since then, hundreds of its members have taken part in various missions in countries like Syria, Haiti, Palestine, Rwanda, Ethiopia, and Afghanistan. In Greece, MSF interventions include providing humanitarian medical assistance to refugees and migrants, basic healthcare to vulnerable people, as well as helping to raise public awareness.
