June 6 (Reuters) -The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1400 GMT on Thursday:
** Investment firm MNC Capital has raised its offer to acquire sporting and outdoor goods company Vista Outdoor VSTA.O to $39.50 per share, or over $3 billion, the investment firm said. nL4N3I420D
** Dolby Laboratories DLB.N said it was acquiring GE Licensing, an intellectual property business targeting the consumer digital media and electronics sectors, in a $429 million deal. nL4N3I42JO
** Trading platform Robinhood Markets HOOD.O said it has agreed to buy crypto exchange Bitstamp for about $200 million in cash, speeding up a broader push into digital assets with its biggest-ever deal. nL4N3I4262
** Brazilian restaurant chain operator Zamp ZAMP3.SA has agreed to buy the rights to operate the Starbucks SBUX.O brand in the South American country, as well as some stores, for 120 million reais ($22.7 million), it said. nL1N3I40TN
** U.S. oil and gas producer Devon Energy DVN.N has lost bids to acquire at least three of its peers in the last 12 months because its shares were spurned as acquisition currency, according to people familiar with the negotiations. nL8N3HZ0QO
** French jet engine maker and defence company Safran SAF.PA said it had received clearance from Italy to buy Microtecnica, the company which holds Collins Aerospace's flight control assets in the country. nL1N3I40CX
** UK's John Wood Group WG.L said on Wednesday its board would discuss with Sidara on a sweetened takeover proposal and grant the Dubai-based engineering and consulting firm access to due diligence materials. nL4N3I33I6
** Private equity firm Cinven is in exclusive talks with Swedish rival EQT EQTAB.ST to buy Spain's largest online real estate company Idealista, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported, citing unidentified market sources. nL1N3I40B0
** Bitcoin miner Riot Platforms RIOT.O said on Wednesday it has acquired ownership of 12% stake in rival Bitfarms BITF.TO. nL4N3I400D
** A U.S. judge in North Carolina has denied the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's request to block Novant Health's $320 million acquisition of two hospitals in the state, a deal the agency said would lead to higher prices and reduced innovative care. nL1N3I336L
** Canadian fuel distributor Parkland PKI.TO said on Wednesday it would sell its Canadian commercial propane business to Avenir Energy for about C$115 million ($84.00 million) in cash amid a push by investors for a strategic review of the company.nL4N3I342M
