** SVB Securities is preparing a management buyout with backing from billionaire investor Seth Klarman's hedge fund Baupost Group, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing people familiar with the matter. nL4N37T41X
** Ireland's finance ministry and British lender NatWest Group NWG.L said they would together sell 6% of Irish bank Permanent TSB PTSB.I, the first sale of shares in the lender by the Irish state since 2015. nL1N37T2DS
** Dufry DUFN.S has secured around 94.3% of Autogrill AGL.MI capital at the end of the exchange offer, Reuters calculations based on provisional data by Borsa Italiana showed, paving the way for the delisting of the Italian group. nL8N37T43M
** EU antitrust regulators will decide by July 6 whether to clear Amazon.com Inc's AMZN.O $1.7 billion acquisition of the maker of robot vacuum cleaner iRobot Corp IRBT.O, according to a European Commission filing. nL1N37T29X
** Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF) plans to acquire a 30% stake in local supermarket chain Tamimi Markets Company, the kingdom's sovereign wealth fund said. nL1N37T131
** Eurobank EURBr.AT, Greece's largest lender, said it has concluded the acquisition of BNP Paribas Personal Finance in Bulgaria after securing regulatory approval. nL8N37T32K
** Utility firm Constellation Energy Corp CEG.O said that it would acquire NRG Energy Inc's NRG.N stake in a nuclear plant in Texas in a deal valued at $1.75 billion. nL4N37T2RP
** Chinese brokerage GF Securities' 1776.HK Hong Kong business has reached agreement with asset manager Value Partners 0806.HK to acquire a 20.2% stake in the firm from its founding shareholders. nL1N37T0S1
** Canadian investor Brookfield BAM.TO said it had acquired a controlling stake in Indian solar-panel maker CleanMax Enviro Energy Solutions for $360 million. nL4N37T21E
** Austrian real estate investor Rene Benko's Signa Group announced it was selling the properties of furniture chain Kika/Leiner to real estate firm Supernova Invest, saying it was pulling out of the business for strategic reasons. nL8N37T1PS

** Brookfield Infrastructure Partners LP BIP.N and DigitalBridge Group Inc DBRG.N are battling it out in the race to acquire Compass Datacenters LLC for more than $5.5 billion, including debt, according to people familiar with the matter. nL1N37R37X
** The owners of All3Media Ltd [RIC:RIC:ALLMD.UL], Britain's largest independent TV production company, are exploring options that include cashing out on their joint venture in a deal worth more than 1 billion pounds ($1.26 billion), three people familiar with the matter said. nL8N37S4PZ
