The main BIST 100 share index .XU100 closed 1.45% higher at 10,895.25 points on Tuesday.
GLOBAL MARKETS
Asian shares edged higher on Wednesday as anxious investors dared to hope AI-diva Nvidia could meet sky-high expectations, while keeping a wary eye on the outlook for U.S. and UK interest rates.
ERDOGAN PROGRAMME
President Tayyip Erdogan chairs his AK Party's administrative meeting (1100 GMT) and will speak at an award ceremony (1600 GMT).
FINANCE MINISTER
Finance Minister Mehmet Simsek will speak at a conference on financial literacy (0800 GMT).
FOREIGN MINISTER
Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan will attend a meeting in the parliament on national security (0600 GMT).
