** U.S. investment firm KKR KKR.N will likely offer remedies next week in an attempt to secure EU antitrust approval to buy Telecom Italia's (TIM) TLIT.MI fixed-line access network, a person familiar with the matter said. nL8N3HI5N9
** U.S.-based grain trader and processor The Andersons ANDE.O said it has been difficult to find the right asset for a potential acquisition as part of its plan to grow ethanol production. nL8N3HI6HN
